She brings with her 15 years of public accounting experience specializing in small business accounting, tax and QuickBooks consulting. She received her CPA certification in 2003 after graduating with a BS in Accounting from California State University, Northridge in 1995. She shares the Lucia team's passion for helping the small business owner. |
 | Erica Dittman Certified Public Accountant | Erica Dittman joined the Lucia team in 2010. She has several years experience in public accounting and has worked with clients in various industries. She graduated from Cal Poly, Pomona in 2003 with a BS in Accounting and received her CPA license in 2010. She enjoys helping clients with their challenging tax and accounting questions. |
 | Dan Munoz Licensed Tax Preparer | Dan Munoz joined the Lucia team in August of 2007 and brought with him several years of prior CPA firm experience as well as a couple of years of private accounting experience prior to that. Dan completed his Bachelor's degree in 2002 at Brigham Young University. He also has a strong background in QuickBooks training and support. |
 | Paula Meyers Administrative Assistant | Paula Meyers has been our Administrative Assistant since December of 2005. She handles our Accounts Payable and Receivables. Paula answers our incoming calls with a smile and directs them to the appropriate team member. She enjoys making everyone feel at home when they come into our office. |
 | Pam McPherson Administrative Assistant Marketing Associate | Pam has been with Lucia & Co. since January of 2006. She is the Tax Assembler and Administrative Assistant. She also enjoys her other responsibility as Marketing Associate which gets her out of her office and into the community. Lucia & Co. is a fast growing company and she is happy to grow with it. |
 | Don Lucia, Jr. Chairman, Shareholder | This is the man who started it all! Lucia & Co. was founded by Don Lucia on June 1, 1984. He worked hard to grow and run the company over the years until finally passing the reigns on to Lauri Pitcher in 2006. Don enjoys other business activities which keep him very busy; with his passion for business consulting, he also assists the Lucia Team and clients on an as needed basis. |
